Business Concept
The Company is the organizer and principal organization in the Tensleep Group. The Tensleep Group, consisting of the Company, a subsidiary and an affiliate company, is focused on supporting international and domestic emerging growth companies in their business and corporate development. Each organization having a specific and separate function to perform. The group’s will provide qualified emerging growth companies with support by providing a foundation for growth through management services, commercial funding; obtaining venture capital investment, and an exit strategy for venture capital investors.
The Company, as part of the Tensleep Group, is to provide funding for international and domestic emerging growth companies through various types; e.g., letters of credit for product purchases, inventory financing, accounts receivable financing, and equipment financing or leasing. The Company also provides domestic real estate companies and individuals with funding for land and purchase loans.
Objectives
The Company’s objectives are: 1) Raise capital to fund emerging growth companies using existing technologies to develop single purpose or specific application products; 2) Identify niche market segments and identify international and domestic companies engaged in those segments; and 3) Develop funding programs for the affiliated international and domestic emerging growth companies.
